The Alberta Court of Justice in Jasper is closed indefinitely, and any court matters scheduled at the Jasper courthouse will now be heard at the Hinton Courthouse located on 237 Jasper Street W and Pembina Avenue, Hinton, Alta.
According to the Alberta Court of Justice, “remote appearances will be available for counsel and self-represented individuals using the link provided below. If you have a scheduled appearance and are not able to attend court, either in person or remotely, on your scheduled court date, please call the Hinton Courthouse, in advance, at 780-865-828.”
Duty Counsel will be present at the Hinton courthouse to assist with criminal docket appearances.
