Person reports hit and run, can't remember details: Bonnyville RCMP

Bonnyville RCMP are looking for anyone who may have information regarding an alleged hit and run of a pedestrian along Highway 660 on Sunday morning.

On June 16 at 10:15 a.m., Bonnyville RCMP were notified that an off-duty EMS personnel was with a man who is believed to have been hit by a car near Range Road 483.

"Bonnyville RCMP responded and spoke with the victim, who stated he had been walking towards Bonnyville when he got hit from behind. He had not seen the vehicle and was uncertain when the incident occurred," according to information from RCMP.

"The victim was transported by EMS to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown," according to police.

Bonnyville RCMP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward, or anyone with dashcam footage of Highway 660 and Range Road 483 taken between 7:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. on June 16 to submit footage to police.
