Central Alberta fire at house under construction a suspected arson: RCMP

Airdrie Fire and RCMP were called to for reports of a residential fire to a house under construction on Thursday.

Airdrie RCMP is investigating a potential arson in a house fire on June 27.

Airdrie Fire and RCMP were called to Airdrie’s Midtown neighbourhood for reports of a residential fire. The residence was unoccupied and under construction. There were no civilian injuries although a firefighter reported a minor non-fire related injury. 

The fire was limited to the residence. 

Airdrie RCMP are currently looking for two suspects:

Suspect one is described as a young fair skin male with short brown hair, wearing black shorts, white socks, sandals, and a long sleeve green sweater.

And suspect two is described as a young fair skin male with dark-coloured hair wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, red pants, and a dark colored back pack.
